They break and suck the fat from inside your skin. You will have to take rest for a few days and pay for the treatment; other than that, there is nothing much to worry about. Do Not Skip Meals
No matter what you do, do not skip meals. You do not get slimmer by not eating. Your body goes into starvation mode and starts storing fat when it sees that you are eating anything. You need the protein and energy to operate. You can’t even do exercise if you are weak.
